Cleaning leads worth keeping, not one-off jobs.
Cleaning is one of the few trades where a single customer can be worth thousands a year, and one of the few where most advertising chases the customers worth the least. A one-off end-of-tenancy clean pays once. A weekly domestic contract pays fifty times.
We build campaigns for cleaning companies around the recurring work, which means accepting a higher cost per enquiry in exchange for a customer who is still paying next year.
Everything, from the ad to the booked call.
Recurring domestic campaigns
Aimed at households likely to want a regular cleaner rather than a one-off, and priced to reflect what that customer is actually worth.
Commercial account campaigns
Offices, clinics and premises. A longer sale with a much larger contract at the end of it, run separately from domestic.
End-of-tenancy and one-off
Real revenue and easy to win, but run as its own campaign so it does not consume the budget meant for contracts.
Specialist service campaigns
Carpet, upholstery, post-construction and deep cleans, where the margin is better and the competition thinner.
Social media, fully run
Posted and monitored, because people are letting you into their home and they check first.
The form asks first, so your phone rings second.
Every campaign sends the click to a lead form that asks the qualifying questions before the enquiry reaches you. For cleaning companies, that means:
- 01Is this a one-off clean or a regular contract?
- 02Domestic or commercial?
- 03How often — weekly, fortnightly, monthly?
- 04Roughly how many rooms, or what floor area?
- 05County and area
Then one number every Friday: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we are changing next week.
leads at €2.75 each on €57.78 of spend for a home-improvement client
qualified leads per month for a Dublin trades business
Every figure comes from a client we can put you in touch with. We do not name clients in ads or on this page. See more on the results page.
Cost per lead is the wrong number here
Most cleaning companies judge advertising on cost per enquiry, which is exactly the wrong measure in a business with recurring revenue.
A €40 lead that becomes a weekly contract for two years is a far better outcome than a €6 lead for a one-off clean, and a campaign optimised for cheap leads will reliably produce the latter. We report both, and we build towards contract value rather than enquiry count.
Commercial is a completely different sale
A domestic customer decides in an evening. A commercial one has a procurement process, an incumbent supplier and a notice period, and the sale can take months.
They should never share a campaign, a landing page or a lead form. Most cleaning companies run one campaign for both and wonder why the commercial pipeline is empty.
Domestic recurring
Fast decision, trust-led, repeat revenue. The core of most cleaning businesses.
Commercial contract
Slow, procurement-led, large. Needs insurance, references and staff-vetting detail up front.
One-off and specialist
Immediate, price-competitive, no repeat. Useful for filling gaps rather than building a business.
Trust does more work than price
People are handing over keys. Insurance, vetting, named staff and a consistent uniform matter more in this category than in almost any other trade.
Advertising that leads on cheapness attracts the customers most likely to cancel. Advertising that leads on reliability and vetting costs more per enquiry and produces customers who stay.
€1,500 a month. Everything included.
Meta advertising fully managed, lead forms that qualify, social media fully run, all creative every month and the Friday report. Google Ads managed on top: €2,000 a month. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and stays in your control.
Every county in Ireland.
Campaigns are built around the towns you actually cover, not a county name. Counties where we see the most demand for cleaning companies:
Straight answers.
Should we advertise one-off cleans at all?
Yes, but in their own campaign with their own budget. Mixed in with contract advertising they will eat it, because they are cheaper to generate.
How do we win commercial accounts?
Slowly and with proof. Insurance, vetting and references have to be visible before anyone will shortlist you, and the campaign has to allow for a long cycle.
Is domestic cleaning too price-competitive?
At the bottom, yes. The recurring end is far less so, because reliability matters more to that customer than five euro an hour.
What should we measure?
Contract value won, not enquiries received. We report both, but only one of them pays you.
Do reviews matter here?
More than in most categories. You are being let into somebody's home and they will read what other people said first.
What does it cost?
€1,500 a month with everything included, month to month.
