Alarm and CCTV leads, domestic and commercial.

Security is bought after something happens. A break-in on the road, a spate in the estate, a story in the local paper — and for about a fortnight afterwards an entire area is in the market at once. The rest of the time demand is steady and low.

That makes reactive capability worth more in this trade than in almost any other. A campaign that can be turned up within a day of a local incident reaches people with the highest intent they will ever have, and at a cost per enquiry a fraction of the usual.

What we run

Everything, from the ad to the booked call.

  • Local reactive campaigns

Prepared in advance and paused, ready to lift within a day when incidents concentrate in an area.

  • Commercial as a separate campaign

Business alarms, CCTV and access control are worth several times a domestic install and the buyer is completely different. Running both in one campaign drags cost per enquiry the wrong way.

  • Monitoring and contract messaging

The recurring revenue behind the install, which most installers under-sell in their advertising.

  • Survey qualification

Property type, size and whether a system already exists, asked before the enquiry reaches you.

  • The weekly report

Enquiries, surveys booked and cost per survey, split domestic and commercial.

What a qualified lead looks like

The form asks first, so your phone rings second.

Every campaign sends the click to a lead form that asks the qualifying questions before the enquiry reaches you. For security & alarms, that means:

  1. 01Is this for a home or a business?
  2. 02Do you have a system already?
  3. 03Alarm, CCTV, or both?
  4. 04When are you looking to have it installed?

Then one number every Friday: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we are changing next week.

Monitoring is the business, installation is the entry

An alarm install is a one-off with a modest margin. A monitoring contract is recurring revenue that makes the business worth something when you come to sell it, and it is what separates installers who grow from installers who stay busy.

Advertising should reflect that. The install is what people search for; the monitoring is what you want them to choose. Leading with monitoring loses the enquiry, and never mentioning it until quote stage loses the contract.

Commercial work runs on a completely different clock

Domestic security is bought reactively, usually within a fortnight of something happening locally. Commercial security is bought on renewal, on insurance requirements, on a new premises or on a compliance deadline — predictable, planned and far less emotional.

That difference is why they cannot share a campaign. The domestic one needs to be able to spike within a day; the commercial one needs to be consistently present for a much longer decision.

The price, before the call

€1,500 a month. Everything included.

Meta advertising fully managed, lead forms that qualify, social media fully run, all creative every month and the Friday report. Google Ads managed on top: €2,000 a month. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and stays in your control.

Where we work

Every county in Ireland.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

Is reacting to local break-ins appropriate?

It is, if it is done with restraint. Offering security to an area that has just had incidents is a legitimate service. Using fear or naming specific crimes is neither decent nor effective, and we will not write it.

Is commercial worth chasing?

For most installers, yes. The jobs are larger, the buyer is less price-sensitive and monitoring contracts follow. It needs its own campaign and its own language.

Should we advertise monitoring?

Yes, because it is the recurring revenue that makes the business valuable — but as a benefit rather than an upsell buried at quote stage.

How fast can a campaign react?

Within a day if it is built in advance and paused. Building one from scratch during a local spike means missing the fortnight that mattered.

What does it cost?

€1,500 a month with everything included, or €2,000 with Google Ads managed on top.
