Fencing and gate leads, including the week after a storm.

Fencing has two demand patterns and one of them is worth planning for. The steady one is spring and early summer, when gardens get attention and new estates want boundaries finished. The other arrives without warning: a named storm goes through and an entire county needs fence panels replaced in the same fortnight.

Firms that only advertise on the seasonal pattern miss the storm weeks entirely, which are the highest-intent, least price-sensitive enquiries this trade ever sees. A campaign that can be turned up within hours is worth a great deal here.

What we run

Everything, from the ad to the booked call.

  • Seasonal garden campaigns

The spring and early summer run, aimed at the estates and housing types where boundary work is common.

  • Storm-response campaigns

Prepared in advance and switched on when weather hits, so you are visible during the days when demand spikes and nobody is comparing prices.

  • Automated gate campaigns

The high-value end of the trade, advertised separately from panel fencing so it is not priced against it.

  • New-estate targeting

Recently completed developments where every garden needs a boundary within the first two seasons.

  • The weekly report

Enquiries, cost per enquiry and job type.

What a qualified lead looks like

The form asks first, so your phone rings second.

Every campaign sends the click to a lead form that asks the qualifying questions before the enquiry reaches you. For fencing & gates, that means:

  1. 01What type of fencing or gate do you need?
  2. 02Roughly how many metres, or how many panels?
  3. 03Is this a repair or a new installation?
  4. 04When do you need it done?

Then one number every Friday: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we are changing next week.

Where we work

Every county in Ireland.

Campaigns are built around the towns you actually cover, not a county name. Counties where we see the most demand for fencing & gates:

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

Can you really react to a storm that fast?

Yes, if the campaign is built in advance and paused rather than created from scratch. Turning an existing campaign up takes minutes; building one during the spike means missing it.

Is automated gate work worth advertising separately?

Yes. It is several times the value of panel fencing and the buyer is completely different, so putting both in one campaign drags your cost per enquiry in the wrong direction.

How seasonal is this trade?

Very. Most domestic fencing demand lands between March and July. Budget is weighted heavily to that, with a reserve held for weather events.

Do you need photographs?

Yes, and finished runs with a tidy line are what sells. Phone photos are fine.

What does it cost?

€1,500 a month with everything included, or €2,000 with Google Ads managed on top.
