Architect marketing built around the projects you want.

Architecture has the longest gap between enquiry and fee of any service we work with, and the widest spread in what an enquiry is worth. A loft conversion drawing and a new build differ by a factor of twenty, and both arrive through the same contact form.

The other difficulty is that many enquiries are not projects at all. Someone who has not spoken to a bank, has no site and no budget is a conversation, not a client. Filtering that before it reaches you is worth more than any increase in volume.

What we run

Everything, from the ad to the booked call.

  • Project-type campaigns

Extensions, new builds, retrofits and commercial work run separately, because the budgets and the timelines have almost nothing in common.

  • Planning-led content

The exemption rules, what permission actually involves and how long it takes. It is what people search and it establishes competence immediately.

  • Qualification before the call

Site status, budget band and whether finance is arranged, asked in the form so your consultations are with people who can proceed.

  • Finished-project creative

Completed work photographed properly. Architecture is chosen visually more than practices like to admit.

  • The weekly report

Enquiries, consultations booked and cost per consultation, split by project type.

What a qualified lead looks like

The form asks first, so your phone rings second.

Every campaign sends the click to a lead form that asks the qualifying questions before the enquiry reaches you. For architects, that means:

  1. 01What type of project is it?
  2. 02Do you own the site or property already?
  3. 03Do you have a budget range in mind?
  4. 04Have you applied for planning before?

Then one number every Friday: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we are changing next week.

The enquiry that costs you a morning

Every practice knows the one: an enthusiastic homeowner, no site, no finance, an idea from a television programme. Two hours of goodwill and no project.

Three questions in the form removes most of them without deterring anyone real. Somebody with a site and a budget answers them happily; somebody without quietly does not submit, which is the outcome you want.

Planning content is the best marketing an architect can do

Homeowners are confused about exemptions, permission timelines and what is possible on their site, and they search constantly for answers.

A practice that explains it plainly gets found early, is remembered, and is the obvious call when the project becomes real. It also filters — people who learn their idea needs permission and walk away were never going to be clients.

The price, before the call

€1,500 a month. Everything included.

Meta advertising fully managed, lead forms that qualify, social media fully run, all creative every month and the Friday report. Google Ads managed on top: €2,000 a month. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and stays in your control.

Where we work

Every county in Ireland.

Campaigns are built around the towns you actually cover, not a county name. Counties where we see the most demand for architects:

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

How do we avoid unpaid consultations?

Ask about site ownership, budget and finance in the form. It reduces enquiry numbers and raises the proportion that become fee-paying work.

Should we advertise fees?

A fee structure or a starting point helps more than it hurts. It is what people are trying to establish and hiding it produces enquiries from people with no budget.

Is social worth it for a practice?

For domestic extension work, yes — it is visual and people save what they like. For commercial work, search and reputation do more.

What about competitions and public work?

That is a different pipeline entirely and marketing plays little part. This is about private and domestic work.

What does it cost?

€1,500 a month with everything included, or €2,000 with Google Ads managed on top.
