Counselling enquiries, without any of the usual pressure tactics.

Somebody looking for a therapist has usually been thinking about it for months and has opened and closed the search several times. They are not going to be persuaded by urgency, and attempting it will simply lose them.

So the work here is to be findable, to be clear about what you treat and what you charge, and to make the first contact as undaunting as possible. That is genuinely most of it.

What we run

Everything, from the ad to the booked call.

  • Findable search campaigns

Present when somebody looks, on the specific issues you work with rather than on the word counselling.

  • Modality and specialism pages

CBT, couples work, bereavement, trauma, addiction. People search the problem, not the method.

  • Clear fees and availability

Published plainly. Uncertainty about cost is the most common reason somebody never makes contact.

  • Online and in-person split

Two different catchments with different competition, run as separate campaigns.

  • Social media, handled with restraint

A settled professional presence, without advertising mental health into people's feeds.

What a qualified lead looks like

The form asks first, so your phone rings second.

Every campaign sends the click to a lead form that asks the qualifying questions before the enquiry reaches you. For counselling & therapy, that means:

  1. 01What would you like to work on?
  2. 02Individual, couples, or family?
  3. 03In person or online?
  4. 04Do you have a preference on approach or gender of therapist?
  5. 05County and area

Then one number every Friday: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we are changing next week.

Results we name on the call
21

leads at €2.75 each on €57.78 of spend for a home-improvement client

€2.75

cost per lead on a live trades campaign

Every figure comes from a client we can put you in touch with. We do not name clients in ads or on this page. See more on the results page.

What we will not do in this category

No retargeting people who visited a therapy website, no audiences built from health or distress signals, no countdowns or limited-availability messaging.

Some of it is technically possible and it is all inappropriate here. It also fails commercially — this is a category where anything that feels like pressure confirms the fear that stopped somebody contacting you in the first place.

Publishing fees fills more slots than hiding them

A great many people never make a first enquiry because they do not know whether a session costs fifty euro or a hundred and fifty, and feel awkward asking.

Stating your fee and your availability removes the single largest barrier to contact in this profession. It reduces enquiries slightly and increases actual bookings substantially.

The price, before the call

€1,500 a month. Everything included.

Meta advertising fully managed, lead forms that qualify, social media fully run, all creative every month and the Friday report. Google Ads managed on top: €2,000 a month. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and stays in your control.

Where we work

Every county in Ireland.

Campaigns are built around the towns you actually cover, not a county name. Counties where we see the most demand for counselling & therapy:

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

Is advertising appropriate for a therapy practice?

Being findable is, and most practices are not. Pursuing people is not, and we will not build it.

Do you use retargeting?

Not in this category. Following somebody around the internet after they looked at therapy is intrusive and it fails commercially as well as ethically.

Should we publish fees?

Yes. Uncertainty about cost is the most common reason somebody never makes contact at all.

Should we advertise by issue or by modality?

By issue. People search anxiety, bereavement or relationship difficulty. Very few search for a named therapeutic approach.

Does online widen the catchment?

Considerably, and it is a different campaign with different competition and different price expectations.

What does it cost?

€1,500 a month with everything included, month to month.
