Gutter cleaning leads, and the repairs that come with them.

Gutter work is triggered by two things: leaves coming down in autumn, and water visibly overflowing during heavy rain. Neither is something people plan for, which makes this an intensely reactive trade.

The cleaning itself is low value. What makes the job worthwhile is what you find while you are up there — cracked sections, loose brackets, failed joints and fascia damage — and the firms that do well are the ones that inspect properly and quote on the spot.

What we run

Everything, from the ad to the booked call.

  • Autumn season campaigns

Concentrated into leaf-fall, when the problem is visible and people act.

  • Wet-weather reactive campaigns

Prepared in advance and lifted during prolonged rain, when overflowing gutters are on show.

  • Repair and replacement messaging

The higher-value half of the trade, advertised alongside rather than buried under cleaning.

  • Annual reminder campaigns

To your own past customers. Gutters need doing every year and most firms never follow up.

  • The weekly report

Enquiries, jobs booked and cost per job.

What a qualified lead looks like

The form asks first, so your phone rings second.

Every campaign sends the click to a lead form that asks the qualifying questions before the enquiry reaches you. For gutter cleaning, that means:

  1. 01Is this cleaning or a repair?
  2. 02How many storeys is the property?
  3. 03Are the gutters currently overflowing?
  4. 04When was it last done?

Then one number every Friday: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we are changing next week.

The repairs are the business

A clean is an hour's work at modest value. A length of replacement guttering, a fascia repair or a set of new brackets is several times that, and a proportion of every clean turns into one.

Advertising cleaning alone under-sells what you do. Firms that present themselves as gutter maintenance rather than gutter cleaning win the same jobs at a considerably higher average value.

Your past customers are next year's diary

Gutters fill every autumn without fail. A customer from last October needs the same job this October and has almost certainly not thought about it.

A reminder campaign to your own list is the cheapest work available in this trade and almost nobody sends one.

The price, before the call

€1,500 a month. Everything included.

Meta advertising fully managed, lead forms that qualify, social media fully run, all creative every month and the Friday report. Google Ads managed on top: €2,000 a month. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and stays in your control.

Where we work

Every county in Ireland.

Campaigns are built around the towns you actually cover, not a county name. Counties where we see the most demand for gutter cleaning:

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

When should we advertise?

Late autumn primarily, plus reactive bursts during sustained heavy rain when the problem is visible from the ground.

Should we advertise repairs separately?

Alongside, not separately. Most repair jobs start as a clean, so the message should be maintenance rather than cleaning alone.

Is this worth advertising given the job value?

On cleaning alone, marginally. Once repairs and annual repeats are counted, the customer value is several times the first invoice.

How do we handle two-storey work?

Ask about it in the form. Access and height change the price and the equipment, and finding out on site wastes a visit.

What does it cost?

€1,500 a month with everything included, or €2,000 with Google Ads managed on top.
