It does not cover custom software. A large e-commerce store with live stock control, a client portal, a booking engine built from scratch or a mobile app are different jobs with different prices. Tell us before you pay and we will quote it properly or tell you we are not the right people.

Yes — the price is the same wherever you are in Ireland. It covers everything listed above including the first twelve months of hosting and thirty days of free changes after launch. No setup fee and no invoice at the end for work that turned out to be out of scope.
For the build itself, location makes no difference — the work is the same and the process is remote either way. Where a local designer has the edge is if you want someone to sit down with in person. What we would put against that is a fixed price, a ten-day finish date and unlimited revisions until you sign off, which is not the norm.
You do, entirely. The domain, files, hosting account, analytics and Search Console property are all in your name from the start. There is no situation where you have to ask our permission or buy your own site back.
The build gives it the foundations, and for a business with little local competition that is often enough. Cork city is genuinely competitive, so for a contested search a well-built site is necessary but not sufficient — ranking also needs time, reviews and other sites linking to you. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
If it brings you steady enquiries, keep it. If it is more than three or four years old, looks wrong on a phone, or you cannot remember the last enquiry through it, it is quietly costing you more than €1,500 a year in work you never hear about.
