You do, entirely. The domain, the files, the hosting account, the analytics and the Search Console property are all in your name from the beginning. There is no situation where you have to ask our permission, or buy your own site back — which is not true of every web designer.
The build gives it the foundations — proper titles, structure, schema, speed and a Google Business Profile in order — and for a business with little local competition that is often enough on its own. For a competitive Kildare search, a well-built site is necessary but not sufficient; ranking also needs time, reviews and other sites linking to you. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
